Thanks for your note of February 8.  I had previously fixed the wrong
variables, and bold face %3a%1 means car, bold face %3d%1 means cdr and
bold face %3at%1 means atom in the external notation of my book.
However, rather than explain this notation, I have reverted to the old
notation.
